Moreover, all non-prescription eyewear purchases come with a 3-year warranty on just about everything. Solder joints are covered for the lifetime of the frame and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’ve been a trusted family business for 50+ years! Therefore, you can be sure your eyewear is in good hands.

SERVICE WORKSHOP FOR REPAIRS AND TUNE-UPS

Randolph offers a full-service repair workshop for your eyewear. We will service your eyewear whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it. If you scratched or cracked your lens, bent your frame, or just need a tune up to bring it back to new, we are here for you. Proof of purchase is required for all repairs and you must send your product back to our workshop to be restored.

Our Service Workshop Process

Pricing varies depending on the service that is needed. For any repairs completed on the actual frame or the lenses, Randolph will include a tune-up free of charge.

We highly recommend you use a trackable method to send in your repair. You are responsible for the cost to ship your item to our workshop, and once your repair is complete, we will cover the cost of shipping your item back to you.

Once we receive the item in our service workshop, our service engineers will contact you to confirm the arrival of your product and provide recommendations on any service work that is essential. Randolph owns the discretion of any warranty services that are provided and will inform you if a service is covered under warranty after inspection of your product. We’ll always contact you before we begin servicing your eyewear. Once approved by you, our service engineers will immediately get started on your repair.

We cannot guarantee the repair or replacement of limited-edition eyewear or styles that are no longer in our portfolio. In those occasional cases, we’ll follow up with you and get your approval on an alternative item that you desire.

WARRANTY

Any eyewear purchased within one (1) year from date of purchase is eligible for a complimentary one (1) time tune-up, with proof of purchase. In addition, we also provide a 3-year warranty for our non-prescription eyewear on just about everything. You can read the coverage details below. Solder joints are covered for the lifetime of the frame. If we determine your item has a manufacturer defect or is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will work to repair the product with the help of our service engineers. Warranted items will be restored with identical parts. However, in some cases, we may no longer carry parts and you will be offered an equivalent style. Also, service parts will only be restored in pairs (Temples, Lenses, Nose Pads). We do not repair in single part form. Warranty does not cover any defects due to improper use, improper repair, physical damage, neglect & improper fit.

WARRANTY (NON-PRESCRIPTION) - WHAT'S COVERED?

3 year Warranty Coverage includes:

  • Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
  • Premature flaking, Corrosion or Oxidizing of frame coating (caused by high acidity sweat or other chemical such as hair spray cologne, cleaners, alcohol). Another finish may be recommended to prevent recurrence.
  • Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels

Lifetime Warranty Coverage includes:

  • Solder Joint defects only
    • What is a solder joint you ask? Soldering is a process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and putting a filler metal (solder) into the joint. Long story short, the connections points of hinges, brow-bars and metal nose pad arms are examples of areas where you might have a solder joint breakage. If you are still unsure, not to fret, just send them back into us for a full evaluation.
