Returns are easy at Randolph! Sunglasses may be returned at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Start your return below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label.

After inspecting your return, we will issue a refund credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund. All returns are subject to inspection. *All sale items or engraved eyewear are not returnable or exchangeable*

Need to make an exchange? Please return your item using the form below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label. Then simply place a new order on our website.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Shipping applies to US domestic orders with purchases totaling $100 or more only. Shipping method is at our discretion, however the customer may upgrade their shipping to a method of their choice at checkout for additional charges. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Customization such as personalized engraving adds up to 3 business days to order ship date.

International shipping is excluded from free shipping option. Non-US or "International" customers are responsible for shipping costs plus all duties, fees and taxes.

Have an International Return?

If returning product from outside of mainland United States, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For all international returns or exchanges, please email: returns@randolphusa.com and we will be glad to help you.

If you purchased a Randolph product from a location other than this website (an Authorized Dealer or retail store), you must contact that dealer for any refunds or exchanges (excluding returns for repair or warranty).
