Returns are easy at Randolph! Eligible orders from RandolphUSA.com may be returned at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Start your return below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label. *All sale items or engraved eyewear are not returnable.

Holiday Extended Returns:

Items purchased on RandolphUSA.com between November 1, 2021 and January 9, 2022, may be returned up to 60 days from the date ordered. All other terms and conditions of the RandolphUSA.com Return Policy still apply to items purchased. All purchases made after January 9, 2022 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.  

After inspecting your return, we will issue a refund credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund. All returns are subject to inspection. All sale items or engraved eyewear are not returnable.

For US orders placed on RandolphUSA.com, you can return your item using the form below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label. Then simply place a new order on our website.

Have an International Return?

If you are returning product from outside of mainland United States, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. For all international returns, please email: returns@randolphusa.com and we will be glad to help you.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Follow our returns process to return the original item.
2. Place a new order for your replacement item.

Once your original (returned) item is received and processed, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

Purchased your Randolphs from an Authorized Dealer or retail store?

If you purchased a Randolph product from a location other than this website (an Authorized Dealer or retail store), you must contact that dealer for any refunds or exchanges (excluding returns for repair or warranty).
