Returns and Repairs


Returns are easy at Randolph! Eligible orders from may be returned at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Start your return below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label.

All sale items are not returnable.

Engraved Products:

All service fees, including Laser Engraving, are non-refundable. Engraved products returned within the Order Return Period may be refunded up to the price paid for the Product. Engraved products are NOT eligible for return or refund after the Order Return Period.

Order Return Period:

Randolph’s order return period is 30 days from the date ordered. Randolph may at its own discretion extend the order return period of some orders during seasonal events, campaigns, loyalty reward, fulfillment service or other corrective action.

After inspecting your return, we will issue a refund credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund. All returns are subject to inspection.

For US orders placed on, you can return your item using the form below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label for orders being returned within the continental US. Then simply place a new order on our website.

If you are returning product from outside of mainland United States, or sending your product for repair or warranty please send to the following address:

Please Note: Please include the following inside the package: Full Name, Street Address, Phone Number, Email address, and a brief description of the problem or service you are requesting. Be sure to keep track of your confirmation of delivery to us. For repairs, we will contact you once the inspection is complete and we are ready to process your order.


We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Follow our returns process to return the original item.
2. Place a new order for your replacement item.

Once your original (returned) item is received and processed, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

Purchased your Randolphs from an Authorized Dealer or retail store?

If you purchased a Randolph product from a location other than this website (an Authorized Dealer or retail store), you must contact that dealer for any refunds (excluding returns for repair or warranty).
