From minor adjustments to extensive repairs, every case is treated with utmost care in the Randolph Service Workshop at our factory in Randolph, Massachusetts, USA, by our highly-trained Service Engineers.
Each repair includes a complimentary tune-up consisting of frame adjustments, new nose-pads, deep cleaning, and a hand-polish before your frames are shipped back to you.
Please note, prescription lens replacement is not available through Service & Repair.
