Returns and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from randolphusa.com, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. Exchanges are while supplies last. A prepaid return label is provided for your convenience with every purchase from randolphusa.com from within the continental United States. If returning from outside of the USA, you will need to arrange for your return shipment.

If you purchased a Randolph Engineering product from an Authorized Dealer, you must contact that dealer for any returns or exchanges (excluding returns covered under warranty).

To return your Randolph Engineering product* for return or exchange:

Inside the package, please include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Street Address
  • Telephone Number (should we need to contact you)
  • Email address (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the reason for return
  • Copy of the original, dated sales receipt
  • The packing slip you received with your product (in lieu of the original sales receipt).
  • The complete sunglass product in original packaging (if the product is not in the original packaging, additional charges may apply).

FOR EXCHANGES*: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product and are happy to exchange your product for another pair of glasses within the first 30 days after purchase. If the cost of the replacement product is greater than the original purchase price, please provide your credit card information. If the replacement product is less than the original purchase price, the difference will be credited to the original purchaser.

* Please note that without a valid proof-of-purchase, your return may not be accepted. Any item that has been personally engraved is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Items that have been personally engraved, however, are still covered under our lifetime warranty policy (see below). In addition, if you received your Randolph Engineering product as a gift purchased from randolphusa.com, it may be sent back for exchange only.

Lifetime Warranty

Purchasing a pair of Randolph glasses is the beginning of a lifelong relationship. We care about service at every point of contact and stand behind our product with a promise to repair or replace any broken solder joint for the lifetime of the frame or any manufacturer cause-related defect. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

That means that Randolph Engineering, Inc., at its option, will repair or replace any broken solder joints on its metal frame eyewear throughout the lifetime of the product. Randolph Engineering, Inc. warranties its eyewear against breakage caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of consumer purchase and, at its option, will repair or replace any such eyewear without charge during that period. Scratched lenses are considered a result of normal wear, and are not covered under warranty. For these cases, we have developed a repair program through which new lenses can be ordered upon availability.

Randolph Engineering, Inc. will pay the return postage and effect repairs or replacement, at its option, without charge if within warranty coverage time period within the continental United States. If outside of the USA, you are responsible for your shipping fees.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED ON THE FACE HEREOF. Any consumer warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which are not disclaimed under the foregoing language are conditioned on normal consumer use and do not cover damage which occurs beyond the point of manufacture, or failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. RANDOLPH ENGINEERING, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE PROMISES OF OTHERS IN THE COURSE OF SALES TO CONSUMERS.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CONSUMER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOT DISCLAIMED UNDER THE FOREGOING LANGUAGE DO NOT EXTEND AFTER THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF CONSUMER PURCHASE.

YOUR STATE MAY GIVE SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS SUPERSEDING THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN.

Repair Policy

Randolph products are engineered to last a lifetime. In order to keep your eyewear at top performance, we offer a repair service for those repairs not covered under our warranty (scratched lenses, for example). Please send the product to us. After evaluation, we will call you to discuss what we have found. If the defect is deemed covered under warranty, which is defined as a manufacturer defect, we will cover the cost of all work related to repairing or replacing your product and will waive the $20 processing fee. If your product is determined to be damaged as a result of standard wear and tear, we will charge a $20 processing fee which includes labor and shipping and advise what any additional repair costs will be.

Tune-Up Service

We also provide a tune-up service with a $20 processing fee for any Randolph eyewear product, which includes a frame fit adjustment, full cleaning, and change of nose pads. We will also do a full evaluation on your glasses and make any repair recommendations that may be needed.
