Workshop at our factory in Randolph, Massachusetts, USA, by our highly-trained Service Engineers.
Looking for accessories to maintain your eyewear without sending it in for service? We have a Deluxe Care Kit, Replacement Nose Pads, and a Lens Cleaning Kit available for purchase in our Accessories collection.
Each repair includes a complimentary tune-up consisting of frame adjustments, new nose-pads, deep cleaning, and a hand-polish
before your frames are shipped back to you.

Pricing for individual services range from $69 to $169. Total cost of service varies based on amount of services needed. Once your eyewear is received and inspected by our Service Engineers, an invoice will be emailed to you for approval and payment before any services start.
