    Great fit and quality lenses

This is my fourth pair of Randolph sunglasses yet my first pair of Concordes and my first time ordering prescription lenses. The skull temples on the Concordes work much better with baseball hats than the Randolph Aviator with bayonet temples. A word to Randolph: please offer the Aviator model with skull temples like you did for the limited release David Portnoy’s! I think these would be a big seller. As for the lenses, they’re crystal clear. Better than any of my standard eyeglasses I get through my optician. Overall, very satisfied.

    My favorite.

I own three pairs. Two concords (ear hook & bayonet) & one aviator II (bayonets). The ear hooks do better staying on the face while bayonet ear extensions would fit smaller heads. The hooks deal better in reducing parallex. All have minimal hollagrams & inside glare. Their 23k gold plating flaked off one pair & Randolph fixed them better than new with a heavier plate that makes them look polished to a smooth gloss. Their frame screws don't come loose & I haven't experienced corrosion from sweat. The brow bar on my aviator II is uncomfortable & would do better set on the top frame bar because it doesn't offer much for the bayonet ear extensions to hold on without falling off your face. Their polarization is not too strong unlike other try too hard brands. Their bayonet frame needs improvement in order to close adequately. I recommend angled hinges to make the ear extensions collapse without stacking on each other. For a military contracted vender, I'd expect better functionality. All of my Randolphs have glass lenses that retain their optical clarity when left in hot parked vehicles unlike so many polycarbonate/plastic lenses. I really don't mind the weight if they'd last for years on a professional standard. I get looks everywhere I go with any one of my pairs having that nostalgic aviation militant serious look. They probably should focus on standard ear extension tip colors because going beyond clear, teal, brown & black seems to cast a fashion look. Try not matching the…
