New Amelia and Archer Collection Launched

Randolph Eyewear Unveils Its Newest Collection: Amelia and Archer

New eyewear inspired by iconic aviation and aeronautic pioneers

Amelia Earhart and Samuel Archer King

????????????????????????????????????????????(Randolph, Mass.) Randolph Engineering – Massachusetts’ premiere eyewear manufacturer is proud to unveil two new frame styles debuting this Spring. The Amelia and Archer frames are the newest additions to Randolph’s long line of handcrafted eyewear. Inspired by iconic aviation and aeronautic pioneers, Amelia Earhart and Samuel Archer King, the two new progressive Aviator-style sunglasses are all about attitude and innovation.

New jewelry quality finishes like 23k Chocolate Gold and Rhodium (one of the rarest elements found in the earth’s crust) adorn these new frames and are applied at many times the industry standard thickness. Both frames debut Randolph’s new Lite Lens technology, their lightest lens ever; made from a hypoallergenic macromolecule that couples optical clarity with lightweight durability. In addition, the frames follow the curvature of the face, providing more protection on the periphery than a classic Aviator.

The Ameliapays homage to the iconic Amelia Earhart, the first female to fly solo across the Atlantic. This tear drop, light weight fashion-forward Aviator lends a careless, laid back air to any look and will appeal to the elegant casual female. The Amelia is offered in brand new finishes including 23k Chocolate Gold, a finish that looks as good as it sounds made with Randolph’s proprietary chocolate gold formula, a special recipe made by the team at Randolph Engineering.

The Archer combines sleek metal styling with the DNA of Randolph’s classic military Aviator to create a contemporary and cool masculine look. Inspired by the famous ballooning pioneer whose skillful aeronautics led the way in balloon voyaging, the Archer lives up to its namesake by offering a bold new look from Randolph.

“We are very excited to introduce the Amelia and Archer frames to the market,” says Ekene Ofodile, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Randolph Engineering. “The Amelia and Archer reinforce our commitment at Randolph Engineering to continue to design and manufacture world class eyewear in the USA, as we have continuously done since 1972. The Amelia and Archer will be shipping on March 30 and we are very pleased with the initial sell in results.”
