Inspired by the Military and its Class A uniforms, the Desert Sand Class A Aviator is handcrafted in the USA and features military grade Desert Sand Cerakote, polished gold screws, crystal bayonet temples, and American Grey SkyTec™ glass lenses. Each pair in this collection comes with a matching Military Dog Tag, Embossed Printed Military Spec Case, and a Standard Issue Cleaning Cloth.

    • Aviator Fit Guide

      The size 52mm Aviator is designed for narrow faces, or those that prefer their sunglasses to fit slightly smaller than the width of their face.
      Size

      If your total PD (pupillary distance, found on your prescription) is between 54-60, choose size Small 52mm or Size Regular 55mm.

      If your total PD is between 60-65, your best frame size is Regular 55mm or 58mm.

      If your total PD is between 65-70+ your best frame size is Large 58mm or XL 61mm.

      Note: It is best to size up if you are in between.

      Are you familiar with Randolph eyewear sizes and fit? If not, one guideline to compare frame sizes is to determine the size of a comfortable frame you already own. The frame sizes are universally listed as:"Lens Width - Bridge - Temple" is usually on the inside of the temple or sometimes under the bridge of the frame. For example: "55-20-145." If you already own a pair of Randolphs, you can find your size by checking under the bridge, the size is listed as "Lens Width - Bridge" for example "58-20."

      Another color... Another must have

      Desert Sand & 58mm Polarized American Gray Glass Lens is my 6th RE Aviator. Love the color... that's really it. I have the gold 23k in the American Gray lens so I'm well aware of the lens quality. It was the Desert Sand color that made it a must have for me.

    How to take care of my sunglasses?
