Hello, This order was delivered

"Hello, This order was delivered to me in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia—thank you for getting it to me. I already own one pair of your glasses and plan to purchase many more; the quality is excellent. That said, I did experience a few issues with the Deluxe Care Kit. It would be helpful if the kit included basic instructions. The card in the box with a website link leads to a page that doesn’t provide any useful information. To figure out how to replace the nose pads, I had to search for an independent YouTube video. Additionally, the screwdriver included in the kit arrived with a loose bit that was lost in the box until I eventually found it. It also took some time to discover the small set screw hidden in the handle. Overall, the tool feels a bit low in quality compared to the glasses themselves. A higher-grade fixed bit tool would be nice. Despite these very minor issues, I’m glad to report that my Randolph Engineering glasses are now back in top condition. All the best, Kyle"

Perfection

"I just ordered my 3rd pair of Aviators. No, I didn’t lose or destroy the others, I had to add the matte black frames to the chrome and gold frames. LOL I bought my 1st pair when I was in the Army serving as a tank commander. I loved the way they fit perfectly under my helmet and didn’t give me a headache even after wearing them for hours in miserable conditions. I tried other brands, but I eventually came home to Randolphs. Retired now, the only helmet I wear them under is my motorcycle helmet. I absolutely love them and never miss an opportunity to rock them. I would be remiss if I didn’t give kudos to the fantastic folks in Randolph customer service! They are as great as the eyewear they represent! Thank you all!!!"

Screwdriver is useless

"This kit is okay for cleaning and some of the replacement parts the screwdriver is completely useless. I can't even tighten the screws without the screwdriver tip bending, because the screws won't budge at all as they wiggle around inside the screw head. My right side is still loose and can't tighten it. Very disappointed."
