I followed all of their recommendations for measurements in selecting my prescription glasses. Upon arrival they were too small. The only option provided was to spend another $900 for a new pair. They wouldn't even exchange the frames and allow me to purchase new prescription lenses for the new frames.
Very disappointed. I would recommend against any purchase.
