Tune-Up Service

Randolph Sunglasses are made by hand in our family-owned facility just south of Boston. 50 different people cut, mold, stamp, twist, solder, plate and polish in a six-week process that includes more than 200 steps. Mostly by hand. All to produce just one pair of sunglasses. In an age of fast fashion, we stand firm in our commitment to building eyewear that can last for decades when properly cared for. We proudly operate our own tune-up and repair shop at our factory in Randolph, Massachusetts, where we also build our sunglasses.

Life happens! We get it. We've got you covered.

For $25 we offer the best tune-up service in the industry, which includes a frame fit adjustment, a full cleaning, shiny new nose pads and shipping product back to you. We will also do a full evaluation on your glasses and make any repair recommendations that may be needed.

Please note: Tune-ups for international orders are $35 (an additional $10, to cover incremental shipping costs).
