Welcome to the Randolph USA Service Workshop – the place for repairs and tune-up inquiries. From minor adjustments to extensive repairs, every case is treated with utmost care in the Randolph Service Workshop at our factory in Randolph, Massachusetts, USA, by our highly-trained Service Engineers.

Each repair includes a complimentary tune-up consisting of frame adjustments, new nose-pads, deep cleaning, and a hand-polish before your frames are shipped back to you.

What services can I choose from?
We offer Frame Repair, Lens Replacement, Temple Repair, and Tune-Ups for Randolph eyewear products. Please note, prescription lens replacement is not available through Service & Repair.
How much does it cost?
Pricing for individual services range from $69 to $169. Total cost of service varies based on amount of services needed. Once your eyewear is received and inspected by our Service Engineers, an invoice will be emailed to you for approval and payment before any services start.
When do I get charged?
Once your eyewear is received and inspected by our Service Engineers, an invoice will be emailed to you for your review and approval. As soon as your payment is submitted, you've approved the repairs and our Service Engineers will get to work on your eyewear.
Do you sell replacement parts?
We do not sell replacement parts such as lenses or temples directly. All eyewear is serviced in-house to ensure work is completely correctly and to help maintain validity of the warranty. This also helps prevent issues that arise from self-repairs which may unintentionally cause further damage.
