That’s also why Randolph Engineering is proud to introduce two new exciting hires into our family – Antonio Izzo, our vice president of global marketing, and Todd Butsch, our national sales manager. Both experts come to us with many years of experience in chief positions in the eyewear industry. Having attracted this talent, we’re excited for where these new leadership appointments will take us.
As a brand manufactured in America, we care very much about the authenticity and awareness behind our handcrafted products. Over 200 individual steps go into each and every pair. With this in mind, every hand which touches our product we select with the utmost importance. Whether our sunglasses are worn in the states or abroad, our two new executives are meant to help forge our future for all of our extraordinary fans.
Antonio Izzo, Randolph Engineering’s Vice President of Global Marketing
Antonio Izzo will be focusing on developing and leading our global B2B marketing strategies. Prior to joining us at Randolph Engineering, Antonio served as vice president of global marketing for Marchon Eyewear.

Todd Butsch, Randolph Engineering’s National Sales Manager
Todd is tasked with our retail B2B sales and national sales operations and management. Before joining our team, he served as the national sales manager for Buschnell Optics and Vista Outdoor Sales.
“I’m proud to be aligned with Randolph as a premium American Made brand,” said Butsch, “I’m excited to join this growing and talented team as together we build awareness of the brand heritage and showcase the superior quality of American manufacturing, including style and fashion, to build an iconic lifestyle sunglass brand.”

Our President and CEO, Peter Waszkiewicz, who has owned and operated Randolph Engineering over the course of his lifetime, deeply values the creative talents these new executive leaders have to offer. With eyes on the global market, Randolph Engineering seeks to be a brand recognized from across the world.
