Limited Warranty

Randolph Engineering, Inc. warrants its eyewear against breakage caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of consumer purchase and, at its option, will repair or replace any such eyewear without charge during that period. Randolph Engineering, Inc., at its option, will repair or replace any broken solder joints on its metal frame eyewear throughout the lifetime of the product. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear, and are not covered under warranty.

To return your Randolph Engineering product covered under warranty:
1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number: customerservice@randolphusa.com, 800.541.1405 (toll free- US & CAN) or 781.961.6070 (international)
2. Mail your RE product with paid postage to: Randolph Engineering, 26 Thomas Patten Drive Randolph, MA 02368, Attn: Customer Service. Please reference your Return Authorization Number on the exterior package.
3. Inside the package, please include the following:
• Full Name
• Street Address
• Telephone Number (should we need to contact you)
• Email address (if applicable)
• Your Return Authorization Number obtained from Customer Service
• Brief description of the reason for return
• Dated copy of the original sales receipt

It is necessary to send the product properly packaged and in a manner that it can be traced. This feature is available with both UPS and the U.S. Post Office. If sent in an untraceable manner, Randolph Engineering will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen goods during shipment. Randolph Engineering will pay the return postage and effect repairs or replacement, at its option, without charge if within warranty coverage at time period.

If it is determined that your Randolph Engineering product is not covered under warranty, you will be contacted with repair pricing (to be paid via credit card - shipping and handling charges apply). If we are unable to contact you within 30 days, your product will be returned to you in the state it was received.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED ON THE FACE HEREOF. Any consumer warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which are not disclaimed under the foregoing language are conditioned on normal consumer use and do not cover damage which occurs beyond the point of manufacture, or failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. RANDOLPH ENGINEERING, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE PROMISES OF OTHERS IN THE COURSE OF SALES TO CONSUMERS. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CONSUMER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOT DISCLAIMED UNDER THE FOREGOING LANGUAGE DO NOT EXTEND AFTER THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF CONSUMER PURCHASE. YOUR STATE MAY GIVE SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS SUPERSEDING THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN.
